That’s why everything we frame is covered by our Forever Guarantee and Forever Care.

If you ever want it different, we’ll remake it.
If it ever gets damaged, we’ll fix it.

Simple as that.

If you ever change your mind about how your framing looks, we’ll remake it for free.

That includes the frame, mat, and glass — whatever it takes to make it right.

Because you should love what you see every time you walk by it.

If we remake your frame and you’re still not happy, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original pickup.

Our goal is simple: you should love what you see.

Accidents happen. If your frame is ever damaged, we’ll repair it at no charge.

This includes:

• Broken glass
• Loose corners
• Shifted or damaged mats

Just bring it in, and we’ll take care of it.

Our Forever Guarantee and Forever Care are designed to protect you and your artwork while keeping things fair and sustainable.

• Applies to original owner only
• Applies to work framed by Frame Mart under current ownership (since 2021)
• One complimentary remake per order under the Forever Guarantee
• One complimentary repair per order under Forever Care
• Artwork must be returned in good condition and not intentionally damaged
• Does not cover normal wear, environmental damage, or repeated incidents
• Forever Care includes rejoining cleanly separated corners; surface damage is not repairable
• If you choose upgraded materials during a remake or repair, you simply pay the difference
• Forever Care covers repair and replacement of components (glass, mats, rejoining corners), but not replacement of the frame moulding itself.
• Full refund available only after a remake attempt, and within 30 days of original pickup date
